Digital Growth Coach

We are seeking a full time digital growth coach. As we constantly bring new churches on to our platform, there is a need to keep hiring coaches who will meet with churches they are assigned to in order to serve them. This position works from home, uses Zoom and could travel on occasion. Job responsibilities include:

  • Monthly or bi-monthly meetings with partner churches to share with them the results of our work for the products they have purchased.
  • Coach them on next steps to growing their online digital position.
  • Be well versed on social media platforms
  • Be well versed on how a church functions week to week.
  • Be well versed in Google tools, especially Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  • Be well versed in how churches advertise events, sermon series, conferences, and the church in general.
  • Prefer that the candidate has worked in a church as a leader, communications director, digital director, or the like for at least five years.
  • A background or degree in marketing and communications a plus.
